Since hypixel has more players, The mods find it hard to help people who are in more need than others but since hive averages 35000 players now (congrats hive) unlike 100000 people in hypixel (wow) the mods in hive are more helpful. Also hypixel needs to make others regions cos the people in asia or europe are in a disadvantage. For hypixel, I think that there should be a matchmaking in which the high star gets into a game with only high stars and low stars should get in a game with low stars only as this would be fair. I think this needs to be changed asap and Im saying this as a hive+(which is like mvp+ but for hive). But hive decided to make hive+ players get a 50% xp boost which is ridiculous to me. Hypixel has made a good decision of making ranks only give out cosmetics. Hives one is better at skywarsĥ)Overview and extra things- In this section, ill give some constructive criticism to both the servers. Hypixel’s one is “just another skywars gamemode”. First of all, it is as sweaty as the one in hypixel cause of the matchmaking and its unique cause of the ore stuff. I really like the hives one better than hypixels one. Now skywars which is the most popular game in hive bedrock.

Hypixel is better (in bw) by far but the hives one is not bad too, Hive dosent have pots but it has full diamond armor? armour? (idk man).

Ahhhhh, who loves a sweaty game of bedwars when u have like 10% of chance winning? I like how hive made a non copyrighted version though and suprisingly it so much fun (except im pc and I win half of the times and Im lvl 75).

Most popular games- The most popular game rn in hypixel is skyblock (ill not be talking about it since hive dosent have it) and then bedwars.

But even though the number of players that hypixel gets the mods there manage the game very well and are pretty nice everytime u meet em Like in hypixel every game people type L or Get rekted you noob in chat.

Also as a result of having more players, hypixel is very toxic, however due to more players coming in hive, they are becoming toxic too. I forget the players name by the time I report LOL. U just have to do /report (player name) to report whereas in hive you have to go to discord, ingame-reporting secrton and report. But the reporting system is MUCH better at hypixel. But the hive did an FANTASTIC job with the anticheat. And bedrock dosent even have a proper anticheat system. The watchdog (hypixel’s anticheat) bans them like 5 times after reporting. I mean c’mon, hypixel dosent even kick players for flying (WHAT). I think that hive has a better anticheat than java. So I gotta give hive that one.Ģ)The anticheat- So yea I can smell the amount of controversy Im gonna create here. About the ping, Hive has headquarters at Canada for NA players, France for EU players and Singapore for AS players whereas, Hypixel has only a HQ at Canada which makes the players outside of NA to an disadvantage.

The optimisation and ping- The optimisation unsuprisingly goes to Hive bedrock.

Therefore, I’m making this thread about my opinion on which is better in depth as a both java and bedrock player. The closest I came, is comparing hive java and hypixel java. I searched literally everything, Youtube, Reddit, Hypixel’s forum, Literally everything. Surprisingly, there are hardly any discussion about it (no discussion tbh). So, I have thought about this topic for like a year now.
